Job Type: Part-Time - averaging 20-25 hours weekly • Work Location: In person.
HIS Radio (Radio Training Network, Inc) is seeking the next member of our awesome work family. We're looking for a motivated team player who will help ensure an organized structure and flow of the front office at our Raleigh, NC studio location. You will work with other members of our broadcast, management and community team to capture hearts and engage new listeners for this ministry, which has served the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina for nearly 40 years! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with past experience in office environment, event planning, various technical and graphics capabilities and human interactive talents. Responsibilities include • Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency • Help manage calendar scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events • Handle front desk duties including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and managing phone etiquette • Assist with vendor relationships • Coordinate with Accountant Office for bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, Accounts Payables, deposits • Volunteer coordination • Content Management tasks for website • Newsletter creation.
Qualifications:
