Join the HIS Radio 92.1 Fun Patrol at Anchors Aweigh 5k & Fun Run!
Chapin High School Navy JROTC will host a 5k, Fun Run, and Obstacle EGGstravaganza at Chapin High School. The 5k is a USTAF certified course proctored by Strictly Running. There will be a 1 mile untimed Fun Run for non-competitive runners that want to come out for a morning of exercise and community spirit. We are adding the Obstacle EGGstravaganza and Fun Zone to the event this year which is FREE to the 1st 200 children (under 10). A small donation is requested if you are able. The Obstacle EGGstravaganza will have cadets leading kiddos through a series of fun exercises (think bunny hop agility ladder) where they will get a treat for their "basket" at each stop. Afterward, they can head over to the Fun Zone for face painting, balloon animals, craft tables, and an inflatable!
There really is something for the whole family! The bonus is you are also supporting a great cause, the Navy JROTC program at Chapin High School!
Fun Patrol will be located at the Chapin High School footballs entrance and will be playing spin to win!
