Teacher of the Month

HIS Radio invites you to join us in honoring some of the hardest working, sometimes under-appreciated members of our community: the teachers in our local Christian Schools.  This is especially important now, during the unique challenges of doing school during a pandemic!  These teachers go out of their way to invest time, finances, prayer, and personal attention into the lives their students!

Each month, we invite parents who have kids in a local Christian school to nominate a teacher who has been instrumental in helping your child or children in their studies and growth.   Let us know why he or she deserves to be honored as HIS Radio's "Teacher of the Month". We'll review submitted nominations and determine an instructor to honor.  We'll plan a surprise visit (safe and socially distanced!) to acknowledge and bless them with a plaque, flowers, and gift baskets from participating businesses in the area.

Our Teacher of the Month for May was Tim Pittman.  He teaches Bible and Math, plus coaches several sports teams at Northwood Temple Academy in Fayetteville.   Here are a few comments from parents:
