Hearts For Kids
For a kid, being in the hospital is difficult. For special times like Valentine's Day it's even harder. HIS Radio's "Hearts for Kids" is a chance to put a smile on the face of a child who has to be in one of our area hospital this Valentine's Day!
HIS Radio Fun Patrol teams will deliver cheer packets of homemade valentines cards and fun goodies to the children’s wards at these area hospitals:
North Carolina Children’s Hospital, Chapel Hill
Wake Med, Raleigh
Duke Children's, Durham
Vidant/Maynard Children’s Hospital, Greenville
Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville
Betsy Johnson Hospital, Dunn
Nash General, Rocky Mount
We need your help! Please get your family, office group, or church group together and create fun, uplifting cards to encourage these kids. Your messages can share love and joy with children this Valentine's Day.
Deadline to receive your cards and packets at our North Raleigh offices is Wednesday, February 8th. Please make sure to get us your cards as soon as possible! You can mail or hand deliver packages to:
HIS Radio--Hearts For Kids
7610 Falls of Neuse Rd, Suite 155
Raleigh, NC 27615
Please take a few moments to review the Do's and Don'ts for your handmade cards!
***Out of an over-abundance of caution, HIS Radio asks if you or anyone in your group have symptoms of seasonal flu or COVID-19 please do not make cards until you are clear of the virus.
