Without a doubt, nearly everyone would invest the time to make it work. This can happen with your investment, by way of your contribution to HIS Radio, by taking advantage of the matching gift program if your employer is one of thousands who participate.

1. Donate - Make a personal donation to HIS Radio
2. Search - See if your company has a matching gift program
3. Submit - Turn in your matching gift request to your employer

Let’s look at a few examples:

Coca-Cola

Let’s say you are either a Full-time or Retired employee of Coca-Cola and choose to give a gift to HIS Radio; they will match the gift at a ratio of 2:1. This means, if you give a gift in the amount of $10,000, Coke will cut a check to HIS Radio for $20,000! Simply stated, your $10,000 gift is now a $30,000 gift because of generous companies like yours. Want more exciting news? Your employer will continue to do this each year you choose to give and submit the request.

The GAP Corporation (Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy)

Did you know that The GAP Corporation will match as little as $25 to a maximum amount of $10,000, at a 1:1 match ratio? That means, if you give a gift of $50 to HIS Radio, The GAP Corporation will send a check in the amount of $50, simply for submitting the matching gift form.

The Home Depot

Working at The Home Depot, either as a Full-time or Part-time employee, qualifies you to take advantage of their matching gift program. They too will match a gift as little as $25 up to a gift of $3,000, at a 1:1 ratio. Your $25 gift to HIS Radio becomes $50, your $1,500 gift becomes $3,000, and your $3,000 gift automatically becomes a $6,000 donation!

You may say, “I’ve already made my contributions earlier this year.” That is okay. Most employers will honor gifts given within the current year! Check your corporation’s guidelines for specific details concerning the permissible timeframe covered.
