Officer Lazarus
You may have seen him on the TODAY show. He's known as Officer Lazarus. Ken
Kirby passed away and 50:00 later came back to life.
Doctors even told
Kirby's wife that she should begin making funeral arrangements. But when a nurse
felt a faint pulse, the emergency room crew began CPR again and shocked his
heart repeatedly to restart it.
His back-from-the-dead tale has prompted
his fellow officers to dub him “Officer Lazarus.”
