Hi Rob: You already know I've lost over 60lbs since March of last year. Its has been through the help of my Dr. and an appetite suppressant. I have felt great and love my new slender body. However I will be coming off Phentamine soon. I have realized over Christmas I have an Issue, addiction to sweets/sugar and I need help to overcome this. I have done some exercise mainly walking "when I have time" honestly I'd rather quilt. but I can fit in exercise to tone some of my issues.. ON my last visit to my dr he wanted me to do some sit ups. has not happened.Still striving to get to 175 lbs. at 182 lbs today Thanks and I appreciate your encouragement Frieda, by the way my husband needs this as well!

Trying to get accustomed to all I Have to do!LOL I've been to the gym Tues, Treadmill did Great, Wed before work Bike di great until that evening at work my bottom got sore, Thursday treadmill With Kenneth did great. my walk 4.5, Ken walked at 3.4 then down to 2.0 said he was to tired after work. Dont believe he is going to do this with me at all. Friday weigh in still 183 lbs. walked treadmill rested 30 mins did low impact with Andrea did ok the I got really sore. Sat assessment with Katie then I took Kens appt for work out, did fine except for legs Katie would not let me do much because thighs "ARE SCREAMING, Loudly in pain". I'll be ok back to treadmill Mon am before work. Off Tuesday will see what I do |
