Jennifer Mixon

Jennifer was born in Middletown, Ohio. She was saved by grace through faith in Christ in 1974 through the ministry of a local church in Prior Lake, Minnesota. I have always loved to listen to music and sing along with the radio. My sister and I sang duets in church when we were in high school.  I still love to sing, may want to close your ears!!

My family has been a blessing in my life. We never know why God allows things to happen in our lives but God has a plan. My husband and I have been married over 35 years and he is retired from the military with 36 years served. God gave us three children but He took one before it was born. He gave us two wonderful sons. The oldest son, wife and son love to serve people. They are teaching our grandson to love music and his favorite song is “Bless the Lord, Oh, my soul”.  He is three and he knows all the words to the song. Our youngest son works at a local company that gives back to the Veterans and loves serving people.

Life always has it challenges and we always need those people in our lives that will pray for us, help keep us on the path of righteousness, and keep us encouraged. His Radio has been one of those tools that God has used in my life along with Godly friends and family.
